Prehistorically Big Announcement

Dinosaurs Spotted in Cosmopolis!

It’s officially my favorite stretch of the year — from now until the Super Bowl. These next five months are all about community, football, food, and a whole lot of fun! For those who truly know me, you already know how much I love the holiday season and decorating.

What started as a few random inflatables has evolved into a full-blown neighborhood tradition — our very own Cosmopolis Dinosaur House, which attracts visitors all month long and culminates on Halloween night!

Check out how we set up the display in this behind-the-scenes peek. I bring that same creativity and energy to helping people buy and sell homes right here in our community.

Curb appeal — both in person and online — makes all the difference. Recently, we used creative marketing to reach over 3,000 accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook for a home in the heart of Aberdeen, which received an offer after just five days on the market.

Real Estate Made Simple: 30 Minutes or Less!

Building on over seventeen years as a workshop facilitator and educator, I’m bringing that same mentality to the world of real estate with two short, interactive sessions — one for buyers, one for sellers — designed to make real estate approachable, engaging, and (dare I say) fun.

Let me be clear — these aren’t your standard slides-and-statistics webinars. You can expect an engaging presentation with practical takeaways that actually stick. You’ll walk away with confidence — and maybe a few laughs along the way.

These 30-minute or less webinars will run almost weekly through December!

Learn more about the series, including Fall 2025 session dates, by visiting our website and exploring the options below.

See You Soon!

So whether you’re stopping by to see the Dinosaurs of Cosmopolis light up the night or attending a free webinar to level up your home journey, I hope you’ll join me in celebrating the best time of the year!

Equal parts spooky, sparkly, and full of possibility.

In Service,
Your Pal Cal
