Greetings!

Our lives are full of bike rides, sports, transporting the neighborhood all over town and movie nights!

Beyond our work in education and real estate, we are dedicated to serving the community. Ruth serves the YMCA of Grays Harbor and the PDZA Zoo Society (Tacoma), while I am active with the Harbor Youth Soccer Club, Grays Harbor Lady Cats Softball and recently joined the City of Cosmopolis Planning Commission.

We are grateful to call this community home, build lasting relationships with our neighbors and help others find a sense of belonging.

Behind the Scenes

In Fall 2022, we had an idea to get a group together for a 60-mile relay on the Coast. Looking back, I had no clue it would kick off a four-year running arc, or that it would run side-by-side with some of the biggest life shifts I’ve ever navigated. It’s completely natural to see headline rates and want to wait until they drop. Lower interest rates sound like an obvious win until you consider what happens when everyone else waits for the exact same moment. 10 years of growth hits different when you look back. Going to keep showing up for the version of me that’s yet to come. September is rolling into the harbor, and this month’s edition proves why early fall is full of unforgettable local energy across the coast. Starting September 4, NWMLS is rolling out a brand-new “First Look” option across Washington State.
