Hi, I’m Dr. Cal Erwin Svoboda, a real estate broker, longtime educator, and proud Grays Harbor local. After nearly two decades of leadership in higher education, I’ve shifted into real estate to bring my experience in service, communications, and community engagement directly to you!

Outside the Office
I’m a parent of two daughters, married to an elementary school principal for over twelve years, and love living on the Harbor. Cooking, coaching, running (even in the rain) and local adventures keep me connected to the community I serve and call home.
